In most cases, the development of products is free of charge for our customers when an order is placed. The costs for this are determined individually depending on the number of raw materials, number of samples required, invoiced and credited again when the order is placed.
After you have placed an order, it might be the case that a production test is necessary. In this situation, part of the cost will have to be paid by you.
The preprint costs (printing plates, tools etc.) for your individually designed packaging material, which of course we have to pay to the suppliers for foils, cans and cardboard boxes, will be charged to you according to our expenditure.
