LIQUIDS AS AMPOULES OR DROPPER BOTTLES FROM 1,000 LITRES

Liquid products in ampoules or as dropper bottles, e.g. for sleep and relaxation, immune strengthening, boosters or beauty products, are still very much in vogue. However, vitamin-based products for primary care such as B12 drops are also in extremely high demand. They offer added value for health, enjoyment and application. 

We help our customers to select the most useful dosage form, whether that is liquids, powder or capsules. Our key advantage are our small production sizes of 1,000 litres for liquids, 500 kg for powders or 100,000 pieces for capsules and tablets. This enables us to supply private label products to a broad customer base quickly and flexibly.

DIFFERENCES BETWEEN LIQUID PRODUCTS

Liquid supplements can be roughly categorised into four groups. 

  • Ampoules for direct consumption such as collagen
  • Immunity shots or ‘Pump-Power’ boosters are ideally suited to taking when you're on the go, in the office, or playing sport. Concentrates such as sports liquids and syrups, e.g. enriched with vitamins and amino acids, are diluted with liquid such as water or juice, and therefore contribute to your daily recommended liquid intake. 
  • Drops, such as vegan algae oil to provide omega 3 or herbal drops for digestive issues, are administered using a pipette or dropper bottle. 
  • Spray products. A wide range of different modes of action can be used that work with a spray head. By spraying on the oral mucosa, the active substances rapidly reach the target site in the body. Sleep and immunity sprays are very popular.

BENEFITS OF LIQUID SUPPLEMENTS

Liquid supplements are easier to take and swallow and offer a practical solution when out and about. Substances from liquid products can be absorbed in the mouth and throat. They fit in any bag.

And also offer advantages in terms of taste as natural bases such as fruit juices or flavourings are processed as naturally as possible with no other processing steps such as spray drying needed. Another advantage of liquid nutritional supplements is they get absorbed via the oral mucosa.
