At Biohealth, people from 15 different nations and with different religions work side by side. They all contribute their individual strengths and perspectives - and that is precisely what makes us successful as a company. We are convinced that a diverse team promotes innovation, creativity and better solutions for our customers.

For us, diversity also means promoting equal opportunities between the sexes. A look at our management structure shows that

  • Management level 1: 50% of positions are held by women
  • Management level 2: 40% of positions are held by women

These figures are an important milestone, but our commitment goes further. We are constantly working to break down barriers and create equal development opportunities for everyone - regardless of gender, origin or background. Our aim is to create a working environment in which everyone can develop and succeed.
