Our Product Development and Regulatory Affairs departments are managed by a joint department head: Yvonne Facius. Our sensory laboratory is also integrated into PE. This is where our experienced employees test and tinker until your product exactly meets your expectations. Our sensory-trained team balances taste, sweetness, acidity, color and texture - until everything harmonizes.

We also lay the technical foundations here: capsule tests, tableting, filling tests and stability tests under various climatic conditions ensure that your product not only impresses, but also remains stable in the long term. This means we know at an early stage which container is suitable for the requirements of your product and how it will behave in everyday use.

legally compliant right from the start

At the same time, our regulatory team will guide you through all food law requirements. From raw material permissibility and limit values to declaration, label and health claims: we help you to design your product and label in compliance with current legislation. Even with complex topics such as EFSA health claims, botanicals, novel foods or organic products, you are on the safe side with us, so you can concentrate fully on sales and marketing - we take care of everything else.
