Why is the combination so popular?

The essential micronutrients vitamin D3 and vitamin K2 work closely together in the body - especially when it comes to bone health and the blood. While vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) supports the absorption of calcium in the intestine, vitamin K2 (especially in the form MK-7) is supposed to ensure that this calcium ends up where it belongs: namely in the bones and teeth - and not in the arteries.

However, this has not yet been scientifically proven and further research is required. Nevertheless, this combination can be useful.
