Biohealth strengthens the well-being
of its employees

Language. Health. Community.

A healthy working environment is not a product of chance, but the result of strategic planning, active measures and a committed team. At Biohealth, occupational health management (OHM) is an integral part of the corporate culture - with the aim of sustainably promoting health, safety and cooperation in everyday working life.

Our BGM team

Interdisciplinary & practical

Behind the diverse measures is a team that is committed to its employees:

Julia (left) has been working as an occupational safety specialist at Biohealth since September 2023. Her focus is on designing safe working conditions, risk prevention and the ergonomic optimization of workplaces.

Anna (right) joined the team in October 2024 as a Junior Personnel Officer. With a degree in health promotion, she brings in-depth knowledge to occupational health management and, together with Julia, develops new concepts for prevention and health promotion in everyday working life.

Together, they combine their expertise in the fields of occupational safety, health management and HR - ensuring that health at Biohealth is not just a topic on paper, but something that can be experienced in practice.

Our previous
BGM measures

In the years 2023 to 2025, BHI implemented a series of targeted OHM measures - with consistently positive feedback from the employees:

BackCheck in 2023

A professional muscle function test to analyze core strength. Aim: early detection of muscular imbalances and prevention of back pain.

The stress pilot in 2024

A digital stress analysis tool for anonymous assessment of individual stress levels with personal recommendations for action - a valuable contribution to mental health.

Nutrition for shift work in 2025

In cooperation with the AOK, a series of lectures was offered specifically for employees working shifts. This was accompanied by AOK consultation days, during which individual health issues could be clarified in personal discussions.

Language support as the
key to integration

Another important step this year was the introduction of a German course for employees in production who previously had only limited language skills.

Because:
Language is the basis for safety and quality - be it in machine operation, hygiene training or work instructions.
Language creates integration and team spirit - especially in shift work.
Language facilitates participation - even outside the company.

The training courses were tailored to the practical requirements of day-to-day production, took place during working hours and were supervised by the respective shift supervisors. The learning progress was already noticeable after a short time - not only at work, but also in interpersonal relationships.

Our claim:
Health with a system

As a manufacturing company with high quality standards, we know this: Only a stable, motivated and healthy team can work successfully in the long term. This is precisely why we invest specifically in measures that strengthen our employees - physically, mentally and linguistically.

With a dedicated OHM team and strong partners such as AOK, we are implementing our health strategy step by step - and constantly developing it further.

Working healthily.
Growing together.

Whether health, safety or language - at Biohealth we invest in a working environment that empowers people.
