At Christmas, we would like to say thank you - for trust, cooperation and joint successes. This year, we are deliberately foregoing customer gifts and instead supporting the Jugendzentrum Münchberg e.V., an association that puts its heart and soul into supporting, promoting and strengthening children and young people in the region.
The youth center not only offers an open meeting place, but above all a safe space in which young people can grow - with activities such as cooking, workshops, excursions, children's afternoons and much more.
The Münchberg Youth Center stands for open children's and youth work as well as cultural events for people of all ages. The wide range of activities is particularly impressive - from graffiti workshops, theater and music projects to vacation playgrounds and joint trips.
It is never just about leisure activities, but also about personal development. The aim is to strengthen children and young people in their independence, personal responsibility, community skills and self-confidence in the long term.
What makes the youth center unique is its openness:
Participation is voluntary and free of charge, no child or young person has to become a member. What counts here is that everyone is welcome - regardless of origin, background or situation.
The educational staff attach great importance to respect, non-violence and a personal approach. They accompany the young people individually, recognize strengths, promote talents and help them discover new worlds of experience - whether it's cooking together, creative projects or advice on school and careers.
