Investments in buildings, equipment and digitalization
A central focus was on the modernization and expansion of our machinery. In close partnership with the Italian machine manufacturer IMA we are investing in state-of-the-art systems for encapsulation, tableting and packaging. These innovations not only increase our efficiency and production capacity, but also enable us to respond even more flexibly to customer requests and implement innovative product ideas more quickly.
We are also systematically driving forward the digitalization of our production processes - a further step towards intelligently networked, resource-saving production.
New rooms for our team
With the completion and opening of new changing rooms, sanitary facilities and social rooms we have also invested in the heart of our company: the people who work on our products every day with passion and expertise. Modern, bright premises create space for exchange, relaxation and an even more pleasant working environment.
Sustainability that grows - in the truest sense of the word
A particular highlight in 2025 was the launch of our tree project. The newly planted trees bind around 47.1 tons of CO₂ per year - that already corresponds to over 8% of our current electricity consumption.
But this is just the beginning: in five years, a living climate protection forest will be created that will offset around 40% of our current electricity requirements and at the same time create valuable habitats for insects and forest animals in the Franconian Forest and Fichtelgebirge.
Together with our new photovoltaic system, we are getting closer to our goal of almost CO₂-neutral production step by step.
And we are continuing: the tree project will also be continued in 2026 so that our climate protection forest can continue to grow. In addition, further expansion measures are planned on the company premises to create space for modern and future expansions.
